What is cloning?
Cloning can be described as the connection of multiple clients from a single IP Address or Host. Cloning can cause many problems to networks, and are generally used in the flooding of a channel and causing various network harm. It is for this reason that we have decided it necessary to limit the number of connections allowed from a certain user.

What is advertising?
Advertising is basically any message sent to a channel or user asking them to check out a web site or server or to join another channel on the network. Some channels may allow advertising on their channel in channel messages. This is NOT encouraged, however we tend to "look the other way" in these cases, rather than interfere in channel policy.

What is Flooding?
Flooding is when you type many lines at a short time. Those people who flood channels/private messages/services cause many problems to the network. Due to this, we have taken actions to ban any user caught flooding from the WebChat IRC Network.and akill them from the network.

What is a bad Script?
A bad script is one that annoys users by either sending unwanted messages, cloning, Nuking...etc. Usually these kind of scripts are already named War scripts.

What is a services abuse?
Services abuse, is when you abuse the privilege of using our services. (i.e. Chanserv, Nickserv, and Memoserv) You can abuse services in a variety of ways. Flood registering nicknames, registering impersonation channels constantly, taking over nicknames/channels, memoserv flooding, flooding services intentionally and many other malicious actions.

What is a Proxy? An Unsecure Proxy?
A proxy is a machine (specifically, a program on a machine) that allows other users to access Internet resources through it. An example of such a program is "WinGate" by Deerfield Software. An insecure proxy allows unauthorized and/or abusive users to connect through it, effectively hiding their IP address. Use of insecure proxies is strictly prohibited on the WebChat IRC network.

What is Threat? and What is Harassement?
Threats are when you are threatening a user of things. This can be threatening personal harm to the user, their computer, anything.
Harassment on our network is simply when one user is constantly bugging a user by swearing, flooding, saying malicious things, etc.

What IS IRCop Impersonation?
IRCop impersonation is basically pretending to be an IRCop.
This can be in the form of changing your mirc ident to "IRCop" Or "admin", or even changing your nick to something that looks similar to an IRCop's Nick.

What do we mean by MISC? Miscellaneous?
Basically, all the above terms including Pornograpghy, Sex, Nuking ...etc
