Ah that's interesting, Vitt! There is huge debate here about stopping the hour 'backwards' and instead just going an extra hour forwards in the summer - for economical cost savings. That would mean we'd be GMT +1 in a winter and GMT +2 (Central European Timezone) in a summer. However there's no decision yet.
