No hot water and a leaking tank - not the best start to a weekend! No doubt the engineer will find something that makes the fault fall just outside of the maintenance agreement I pay for.

    Look at the bright side, it's not a work day so you can stay home and fix it. :) (over million people in New England have been without power since Monday)

    The bright side is I don't have to pay for it. It needs a new part, but it's temporarily fixed until the engineer returns Monday.
